Paula Kovach is the epitome of the mission and vision of Broadview Multi-Care Center. Every simple task she performs– every word spoken– is done with passion, sincerity and devotion. She embraces her residents with enthusiasm and kindness from the day they arrive and lavishes them with care and encouragement throughout their stay. She proudly escorts them as they leave from their stay and on parting bestows upon them a joyous hug and words of hope. Over the years we have received countless notes and letters from residents about the dedication and kindness they experienced with Paula. Certainly there can be no greater affirmation of her work then testimonials from her patients and their families.
Paula has been one of the cornerstones of the Broadview Multi-Care Center team for 16 years. She is an inspiration to others and leads her fellow employees in constantly focusing on the patient and their needs. Her team members know they can count on her to be there when needed and always willing to help. Paula brings a positive attitude and boundless energy to work every day. She continues to remain loyal and committed to Broadview Multi-Care Center, its patients and employees.
